Loading Survey – Marmaris, Turkey

During the loading operations, our attending surveyors exercised continuous on-site supervision, ensuring strict compliance with the approved lifting methodology and transport procedures. Close coordination was maintained with the carrying vessel’s master and crew, the loading master, port engineer, ship agent, and commercial divers responsible for the correct positioning of lifting slings. All critical stages of the hoisting, transfer, and deck positioning were carefully monitored until the yacht was safely landed and properly seated on the carrier’s deck in accordance with the approved load-out plan.

Unloading Survey – Dubai, U.A.E.

Prior to discharge, a detailed pre-unloading condition survey was conducted to confirm that the yacht had been transported in the same condition as documented at the time of loading.

During unloading operations, full supervision was again maintained to ensure adherence to the agreed lifting procedure, controlled load transfer, and proper alignment during re-launch. The yacht was safely returned to the water without damage and confirmed to be fully operational upon completion of the operation.

Ranked among the world’s largest yachts and the 185th-largest yacht built by Benetti, this vessel represents a significant marine asset requiring meticulous planning, technical supervision, and risk management during transport. The shipment of a yacht of this caliber demands comprehensive coordination, structural assessment, lashing verification, cradle integrity checks, and continuous monitoring to safeguard hull integrity, superstructure components, and onboard systems throughout the voyage. Phoenix Claims & Adjusting ensured that every phase of the transport process was handled with precision, professionalism, and adherence to international marine standards.
